Ellie Hill has been a personal trainer, nutrition coach and fitness and Pilates instructor since 2006. She works with a wide range of clients from beginners to athletes. But she specializes in clients with a variety of injuries and post injury rehab. She is focused on each client’s goals, creating individual programs no matter their fitness level.

 

Ellie is a canfitpro certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and group fitness instructor as well as a Riverdale Pilates certified instructor. She is constantly upgrading and learning new skills and techniques through yearly courses. She is also CPR certified and a two time reader’s choice trainer of the year winner. She works closely with several doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors to ensure her client’s safety and well being post injury.
